I’d definitely stay again, but would be looking for a more reasonable price point.
The location of the hotel was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable. It had modern amenities which were in good shape.
For the amount paid for the room, it felt overpriced and then to not have parking included. Overall, it felt like a nice hotel but was sold at a luxury price.

the view of the castle & all the little treats in the room. I had forgotten to ask for non feather bedding & it was changed immediately when I realised it was feather bedding.

Good location, nice breakfast, mostly helpful staff, but contradictory information on car park.
Most of the staff were helpful. The stay would have been excellent, but we found previous occupants' room keys down the sides of the beds, which was disgusting, so we were concerned about cleanliness in the bedroom. We had 2 room keys, and we found 3 more, just when we were making our beds in the morning. The cleanliness in the breakfast area and swimming area appeared OK.
